The Swollen Eyeball Network

The Swollen Eyeball Network is a well-organized group of skeptics, conspiracy-theorists and paranoid paranormalists. They seem to be less cultish and spiritual than The Children of the Bright and Shining Saucer, but they share some of their interests - including aliens.

Of course Dib is a very active member. His secret code name is Agent Mothman.

The Swollen Eyeballs are pretty active themselves - when he goes into Zim's lair Dib gives Gaz a card which I assume is from the Swollen Eyeballs - he believes that they'll save him if his soiree goes bad. Later, in Zim Eats Waffles Dib asks Agent Disembodied Head to send a Mobile Eyeball Unit to Zim's house.

As to the agents themselves, all the members of the Swollen Eyeball Network go by code names and they're always shown in silhouette. The only time we see what a member really looks like is when Dib encounters Agent Darkbootie at Nasaplace in Battle of the Planets.
